How quickly can you mobilize for an engagement?

For single sessions, we can typically accommodate requests with two weeks notice. Multi-stage deliberative processes require at least six weeks of design and preparation time.

Do you work outside Ontario?

Absolutely. We have facilitated processes in every province and two territories. Our team travels regularly for in-person engagements, and we also offer virtual facilitation for geographically dispersed groups.

What if our stakeholders are highly polarized?

Polarized contexts are actually where our skills matter most. We have specialized training in working with entrenched positions and have successfully navigated many contentious situations. We're happy to discuss specific strategies during a discovery call.

Can you work in French?

Yes. Several of our facilitators are fluently bilingual and we regularly deliver services in both official languages. We can also provide simultaneous interpretation for mixed-language sessions.
